Dixell thermostat XR 70CH with 2 temperature probe sensors is used in commercial refrigeration to control cooling and manage defrost options. It uses 2 probes where the first probe P1 measures the cabinet or room temperature and controls the compressor ON/OFF to maintain set temperature while the 2 probe P2 monitors the evaporator temperature to control defrost termination and fan operation preventing ice build up
